Webb manages the Technical Sales, Product Distribution, and Customer Support throughout the world for Wabtec. This includes the coordination and support of a Channel Partner Network. This Marine & Stationary Group driven by a robust Channel Partner team Sells and services a line of State-of the-Art Diesel Engines for ships and stationary power applications from Canada to Chili.

Webb has proven to be a strong commercial and technical business leader for the past thirty years in the global marine and power generation industries.
Webb’s business leadership has been honed by many years as a Ship Officer, Shipbuilding Design Engineer, Class Surveyor, Shipyard Program Manager and Principal, as well as a Major Equipment Manufacturers’ Director of Services and Sales
Throughout his long career, Webb has supported, sold, and / or managed more than a billion dollars in projects in over 25 Countries. With this level of business experience, he is convinced that grace, integrity, and follow through are keys of success in our modern-day business world.
Webb is an active member of many industry associations, a licensed Engineer, formally trained Project and Lean Manager, Naval Reserve Veteran Officer; avid Public Speaker, and a part-time / Senior Level Marine Engineering Professor at the University of S. Alabama.
Webb holds a B. S. in Marine Engineering Systems from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, an MBA from Auburn University, and a Strategic Management Certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Finally, Webb has been married to his Wife Thania for the past 29 years and together they enjoy their busy life with six children and three grandchildren.

He currently serves as an Ambassador to Scotland’s department of trade, serves on the board of a few PTSD foundations, Business Development for Fe Demolition and Remediation and a Flotilla Staff Officer for the U.S. Coast Guard.

Robert Burdett serves as the Senior Pastor of PowerHouse Church in Katy Texas. PowerHouse Church has been in Katy since 1996 and is active in impacting the community through various social outreaches such as food drives and neighborhood family outreaches. PowerHouse has church plants world-wide including Peru, Namibia (Africa) and Sri Lanka and is committed to preaching the Gospel to all nations. Robert has been with PowerHouse Church since 2000 and has been the Senior Pastor since 2016. Robert also has a background in manufacturing. He spent time running an automotive electronic manufacturing factory and a corrugated paper factory prior to being called into the full-time ministry. Robert is married to his wife Yolanda for 30 years and has 3 daughters.

Amy is the Founder and CEO for Flint Avenue Marketing, headquartered in Lubbock, Texas with offices in the Gulf Coast and Offshore. Amy serves several organizations including Texas Women in Business, Association of Women in Communications (AWC), Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, 1MillionCups and the Kauffman Foundation, and is a Startup Mentor at the Texas Tech Innovation Hub and Guest Lecturer at Texas Tech University.

He served in the US Army from 1968 to 1973. John attained the Rank of Captain, AH1G(Cobra) Pilot in Vietnam-received Distinguished Flying Cross and other awards.
