Wally Schulingkamp

Chapter President 

Joshua “Wally” Schulingkamp serves as Director of Business Development/Sales for Baker Marine Solutions, overseeing new business opportunities with a strong focus in sales, client relations, customer service and marketing. Wally attended Texas A&M Maritime Academy from 2005-2010, studying Marine Transportation and Marine Administration. From there he began working on the Mississippi River, supporting various ship assist tugboats for multiple companies. Wally joined the sales team at Beier Integrated Systems in 2011, where he managed and expanded his clientele footprint for 7-years in the US Inland Waterways, GOM, and Americas markets. Wally has a strong background and knowledge in vessels of all types; inland, offshore oil & gas, and overseas shipping.

Shawn LeBeouf

Shawn LeBeouf is a well-reputed professional in the commercial insurance industry, with a focus on large energy and marine risks. Since 2000, LeBeouf continues to set himself apart with a plethora of experience and a diverse skillset. His career began when he graduated from Nicholls State University with a degree in Business/ Corporate Law.  During college, he worked with various international derrick and lay barge companies. After receiving his degree, he began his professional career in insurance. LeBeouf began at the ground floor and worked his way up through the industry. Through perseverance, innate motivation, and a desire to help his clients, he quickly assimilated up the corporate ladder.

 

 

Over the course of his career, LeBeouf has established an extensive network of relationships with many colleagues in the insurance/ finance industries as well as the marine and energy sectors. He takes pride in creating organic, innovative insurance programs that are both cost-effective and unique to each client. LeBeouf brings his exceptional work ethic, diversified experience, and focus on individual client needs to each insurance program he designs. His keen attention to detail, extensive knowledge, and passion for client satisfaction make him a well-respected figure in the commercial insurance industry.  Throughout his career, he has consistently ranked in the top 1% in production for his agency. Stephanie Fisher

Stephanie Fisher has over twenty years experience in the Oil and Gas field.  In 2018, she was named Senior Account Manager with Environmental Safety and Health Consulting Services (ES&H) based out of Belle Chasse, LA.  ES&H serves to the oil and gas industry in areas such as Emergency Response, Environmental Remediation, Industrial Services, Transportation/Disposal and Technical Services.  Stephanie has worked extensively with, drilling, production, refining and marine related companies throughout her career.  Prior to joining ES&H, Stephanie spent 8 years in business development for Gibsons Environmental Services and its subsidiaries.  She began her career in the O&G field in 2000 with BP, then spent four years with Pogo Producing Company where she specialized in logistics management and procurement. 

 

Stephanie was born and raised in Plaquemines Parish, LA.  Her interest in oil and gas began watching her grandfather’s career in the industry and she always knew that one day she would follow in his footsteps.

Staff Sargent(R) Charles E. Lodrigue U.S.A.F.

Originally from Houma, La, I started working in the oil patch providing appliances for offshore companies and moving on to Gulf South Armature to become a mechanic. After 9-11, I decided to join the fight for freedom and enlisted into the U.S. Air Force, spending 12 years serving America as an aircraft mechanic on the E-3C Sentry -AWACS for 9 1/2 years. During my time in the USAF, I served many deployments and visited many countries while stationed in Okinawa Japan. After being injured, I was medically cross trained into the Civil Engineering Squadron stationed at Fairchild AFB, WA
until I was medically retired in 2014. I returned to Houma, LA and immediately starting working in the oil field as a mechanic for Baker Hughes. Since 2015, I have worked many avenues in the oil field from sales, safety, marketing, and branding.  Recently, I took a position with Bayou Signs Outdoor working as a Territory Supervisor for the construction
department and marketing specialist for advertising and branding.

Trista Carr is the Business Development Representative for Gulf Stream Diving & Salvage located in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Over the past year Trista has developed a hunger for wanting to become more educated in the Oil and Gas industry. While new to this field, Trista is a passionate, open-minded, motivated person eager to learn any and everything the Oil & Gas industry has to offer.On her off time she is a mother to two little girls, Addilyn and Ella. While they do keep on her toes, Trista also loves to hunt, fish, paint and visit her family’s farm in Mississippi where she used to reside.
