Jodi Lee


Jodi has been in the Oil & Gas Industry since 2013. Jodi has held operational support and management roles for great service providers including Express Energy, Tri-W Global and Besco Tubular. Most recently Jodi was the Business Unit Supervisor for a local casing company until a recent layoff. Prior to O&G, she had over 15 years experience in retail management specializing in Operations. The skills learned in her management career has been critical to her success in the Oil & Gas Industry. Jodi is currently working on her degree in Human Resource Management through Penn Foster. Jodi is passionate about helping an organization achieve operational excellence and is thrilled to be the Vice President of Oilfield Connections. She is drawn to OCI for the opportunity to help those within the industry

Justin Thomas

Vice President 

 Justin grew up in the high country in Colorado. As a young boy, he tended to the animals on the farm and bucked hay with the best of them. He rodeoed all through high school and into his young adult life. At the ripe age of 18, Justin hired in as a snubbing hand in Wyoming. Justin has worked in many states in the Midwest and in 2012, he ventured out east and has been in the tri-state area ever since. Justin has a wife and three beautiful daughters. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, wood working and spending time with his church family. Justin is very active in his church and won’t hesitate to give you his testimony on how God has worked miracles in his life.

Jennifer McIntyre


As a young girl, Jennifer McIntyre aspired to be a political speech writer or industrial photographer, eventually going on to study the latter, yet found herself settling in the oilfield. Her previous passions setting her in good stead developing client relationships.

Jennifer began her career in the Marcellus and Utica as a corporate relocation specialist and asset manager. Ever the academic, her perpetual hunger for knowledge saw her becoming more adept in the technicalities of the industry. Eventually, combining her old passions and new skills developing new and expanding existing companies market share in Appalachia. She has had success across the board consulting with such companies as Greentree Services, ROC Service Company, Anchor Drilling Fluids, Newpark, and most recently Roughcut, JGK/Firestone, USA Field Services, and several others. Assessing their goals and putting them on the path to success.

Ever an industry advocate, Jennifer holds formal positions with both the American Association of Drilling Engineers Appalachia, acting as their Head of Marketing, and the Appalachian Pipeliners Association Head of New Membership.

Ellen Montgomery


Ellen is partner at NMW-LLC, Inc. providing sales consulting services.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.  Ms. Montgomery has over thirty-three years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry.  Her focus is primarily within the drilling services and operations sectors across the Northeast quadrant of the United States.  She has benefited from a dynamic professional career with humble beginnings, advancing into management and executive levels with several different organizations.    


She is a respected professional, functioning as business leader on the tip of innovation as well as a trusted confidant.  Her professional network is multi-national, and she is puts a personal touch on every business interaction.  She has a special ability to put the right groups of people together for any type of new project.  Her respect extends not only from her management contemporaries, but also from the drilling crewmembers as well.  She makes everyone around her feel important and part of the bigger picture.   


Ellen’s record of steady personal and professional growth combined with her successful career, emphasize her record of accomplishment of progressive responsibility backed with a broad range of operations, projects, and business management capabilities.  She has managed large capital assets and complex projects in harsh work environments and directed production in various disciplines.

Jennifer Blackwood

Media Officer

Jennifer got into the Marcellus -Utica in 2016. She worked underground for local coal mines in the area. She has roughly seven years of Business Development. I’ve always had a love for oil & gas and coal industries. They are what makes the Northeast thrive.  She has strong background in local agriculture. Jennifer has two bachelors degrees one in agriculture and one in political science. She has also worked in HR related work.

Duztin Watson

Veterans Affairs Officer

Duztin Watson is the founder and President of RiP USA, Inc. Duztin is a US Army Sniper and has extensive training background as a professional instructor and weapons expert.  There are many life challenges that have built Duztin into the leader he is today.  His personal and compassionate teaching style exemplifies the meaning of the word mentor.  He is always willing to lend a helping hand, or share information to educate or help out his peers.  Please look out for Duztin, shake his hand, and start what is sure to be a great experience.
