Chapter Vice President

Jerry is currently the Director of Allocation Programming at SPL.  He began his career in the oil and gas industry in 2001 after being a public-school teacher for six years (teaching secondary mathematics and secondary music). His logical mindset and his aptitude for mathematics quickly led him to working with hydrocarbon accounting and allocations.

Jerry has been responsible for numerous database implementations, developing intricate allocation methodologies, and configuring software to address these complexities.  Throughout his career, Jerry advised several state and federal regulatory agencies regarding measurement/allocation reporting. Additionally, his focus on “establishing structure to maintain sustainability” has streamlined processes, increased efficiencies, improved reporting, and provided significant savings to companies.

Jerry has a B.S. in Education from Texas A&M University – Commerce and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Jerry and his wife Christie moved from Dallas to Houston in 1997 and have five children.

Alisa Standley

I worked in the oil and gas industry for 6 amazing years at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.  I can honestly say, those 6 years have been the best thus far in my professional career.

I worked in Operations, both on and offshore, and loved every minute of it!  Witnessing the acreage being found, reserves calculated, all the regulations that must be abided by, land issues,

drilling the well and the excitement when TD is reached, the completion stages, bringing it online, and midstream working to refine and get it to the buyer.  I left Anadarko after the acquisition with Occidental and that is when I met Sarge.  A friend connected us and let's just say, after we spoke the first time, this was something I wanted to be part of!  Sarge pretty much "voluntold me" that I needed to be part of the North Houston Chapter.  People are my passion!  I love meeting new people and learning about them, what makes them tick and building a relationship.

I live in The Woodlands area and always seem to be busy with my Anadarko peeps, a bond that will never be broken!  I am into health and fitness and enjoy trying new workouts, I have to

be challenged!  I love traveling and seeing all of God's beauty.
