Lowell Millican

National President: 7/1/2020 - 3/1/2023 

 

Lowell became president of the Katy chapter in February 2020 and began helping OCI grow and establish new chapters.  He was recruited to the national leadership team in March 2020, and was named National Senior Vice President.  In November of 2020, Lowell became the National President of OCI.

Lowell was born into an oil and farming family and has always been close to the oil patches of North Central Texas.   He currently works at Omni Air & Nitrogen near Houston, TX (Sealy).  His current role requires him to draw upon every life experience to be successful.  Beyond the business of meeting clients, Lowell enjoys the fact that he gets to make new friends and make lasting relationships.
