• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

• MINIMUM of 10 years roadway engineering experience

• Current/Active Professional Engineer License

• TXDOT Pre-Certification

• Active knowledge of TXDOT Design Manuals

• AutoCAD and Civil3D software
