Webb has managed Global Sales and Service Business for several Industrial Equipment Manufacturers and Service Companies over the past 20 years supporting the Offshore, Marine, Power Generation, and related Construction. In addition to Webb’s long history in International Business, he has also built a reputation for his engineering and project management expertise while negotiating and managing nearly $2 Billion in projects. . In fact, Webb has proven to be a strong commercial and technical business leader for the past thirty years in areas such as construction, power generation, mechanical, and even telecommunication services. Webb’s business leadership has been honed by many years as a Ship Officer, Shipbuilding Design Engineer, Class Surveyor, Shipyard Program Manager and Principal, as well as a Major Equipment Manufacturers’ Director of Services and Sales Throughout his long career, Webb has supported, managed, sold projects in over 25 Countries. With this level of business experience, he is convinced that grace, integrity, and follow through are keys of success in our modern-day business world. Webb is an active member of many industry associations, a licensed Engineer, formally trained Project and Lean Manager, Naval Reserve Veteran Officer; avid Public Speaker, Real Estate Investor, Board member of a number of Corporate and Scholastic Boards, and Mechanical Engineering Professor at the University of South Alabama. Webb holds a B. S. in Marine Engineering Systems from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, an MBA from Auburn University, and a Strategic Management Certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Finally, Webb has been married to his Wife Thania for the past 29 years and together they enjoy their busy life with six children and three grandchildren.
