Main Job Duties
• Sandblasting and grinding.
• Washing and/or cleaning bits, cutters, and cans.
• Painting.
• Sweeping, maintaining a clean work area.
• Preparing bits, cutters and braze for brazing process.
• Ensure the work area and shop is clean and in good working order.
• Follow all safety and company policies.
• Perform all tasks and procedures as instructed by bit documentation and management.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Entry level position, 1-2 years in a manufacturing, construction, or oil field environment preferred.
Able to operate grinders, sandblasters, other typical shop hand tools, equipment, and hoists.
Successfully pass a PFT Test (Pulmonary function tests)
Pass electric pallet jack test (Will be trained and tested in-house)
Ability to wear hood-monitored air
Good physical ability, finger dexterity and visual acuity. Able to bend, stoop, sit, and walk. Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and basic physical

Attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to fill out documentation records as needed in a timely fashion
Ability to work overtime is a plus.
Ability to work in a safe manner and obey company policies (Attendance)
